All Tenants on a lease must complete the lease in order to give their notice to vacate. All Tenants on the lease must give intent of notice to vacate in writing. A permitted occupant cannot give the required written notice to vacate. The notice must be given 30-days prior to the intended move out date. Tenant is responsible for rent until move out and all keys must be returned to the office. Notice may be given on any day of the month and pro-rated rent will be charged accordingly. After submitting this form to comply with notice requirements, Tenant will receive an email from the office regarding receipt of your notice and any rent amount due. Please provide forwarding address information. Contact the office if you have questions regarding notice requirements. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE CANNOT CANCEL OR EXTEND A NOTICE TO VACATE IF YOUR APARTMENT HAS ALREADY BEEN RE-RENTED. ONCE A 30-DAY NOTICE HAS BEEN SUBMITTED, EVERY APARTMENT IS LISTED AND OFFERED TO RENT. A NOTICE TO VACATE CAN ONLY BE EXTENDED OR CANCELLED IF YOUR UNIT IS NOT RE-RENTED.
