Full Listing/Rental Rates

1. We do not guarantee an opening is available for every property listed on the full rental listing.  This is a list of all the properties we manage.  Please refer to the Current Rentals Tab for information on units that are currently available and units that will be opening in the next 30-45 days.

2. Rental rates are based on a one-year contract

3. Rental rates are subject to change without notice

Washer/Dryer Rental

Washer/Dryer rental sets available with all units (with W/D connections) for an additional, separate monthly fee.  A one time fee is charged for delivery.  There is typically a waiting list for W/D rental sets.

A Tenant may request their name be placed on the waiting list for a rental washer/dryer set at any time during their tenancy.  The minimum lease term for washer/dryer rental is three months.

 1. All Rental Contracts require a security deposit

2. Standard security deposit is equal to one-month's rent

3. Security deposit is held for damages only and does not cover any rent

4. Applicant must have approved application in order to pay a security deposit

5. A paid security deposit is the only way to reserve a rental unit (Tenant will be required to sign Rental Contract at the time security deposit is paid)

6. Multiple applicants may be viewing and applying for the same property at the same time - FIRST COME FIRST SERVE!

1. Each Applicant must submit a completed application form including a photo ID and proof of income

2. A Credit Report is pulled as part of the application process

3. A Criminal Background Check is pulled as part of the application process

4. A reasonable cash application fee is charged per Applicant

5. Application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE

6. Lease Signing/Doc Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE

7. Applicant must be 18 years old or older to submit an application to rent

1. Pets are allowed only at specified units

2. A NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee is required PER PET PLUS an addition monthly pet rent

3. Max of 2 pets allowed per unit

4. Breed restrictions apply: non-aggressive breeds only are allowed

5. Management reserves the right to pre-approve any breed prior to acceptance

6. A photo of the pet/dog is requested to keep with resident file
