Rent Payment

Policy Statement for Rent Payment:

All payments for rent are due on the first of each month.  Late fee is charged on the sixth of the month on any unpaid rent balance.  Late fee is not charged on pet fee balance, damage charges or any charges other than rent.  Rent payment must be received by 11:59 PM on the 5^th of the month.  The late fee on late rent payment is 5% of the rent balance due.  Forms of payment accepted: Personal check, money order, online payment via PayPal.   We do not accept cash payment for rent.  Cash payment is accepted for Applicant Fee only.

Residents may submit payment at the office located at 3481-A S. Evans Street, Greenville, NC  27834 during regular business hours.  We also have an after-hours drop slot located to the left of the office door.  Payment should be clearly marked with Resident’s complete apartment address to ensure proper credit.
