Please use the form below to make an online payment for various fees and services to Wainright Property Management. All online payments are automatically adjusted to include necessary transaction fees. These fees are strictly to cover transaction fees imposed on WPM by Paypal.

All payments will automatically include a 3% increase and a 0.35 per transaction fee. This covers the actual Paypal transaction fees only.  WPM transparently expose these fees to our residents to allow a better understanding.  Many companies simply refer to this as an online convenience fee and don’t explain why these adjustments are automatically included.

As a property management company WPM has to cover an exact amount of monthly rental payment and fees to protect our property owners.  For this reason most property management firms do not accept credit card payments at all.  However we have put an advanced system in place to better serve our residents.   • Insert your building number and unit number if applicable. An example would be Builging 4 Apt. A
  • Please enter your billing address that is used in conjunction with your credit or debit card.
  • PLEASE USE CORRECT FORMATTING WHEN ENTERING A PAYMENT. AN EXAMPLE IS IF YOU OWE $300.00 THAN YOU WOULD ENTER 300 INTO THE FIELD not $300 or $300.00 or 300.00. A convenience fee of 3% + a 0.35 Paypal transaction fee will automatically be added to every online payment.
  • Please enter any additional notes or comments you have about your payments. For instance if this is to cover the first month of rent and a deposit than please note in this section.

    You are agreeing that you are the responsible tenant for the processing of payments for the account you are requesting payment for. The fee will be in addition to the payment amount that was entered into the "Payment Amount" field.

    You authorize Wainright Property Managment, LLC to process the "Payment Amount" plus an additional convenience fee of 3% + 0.35 Paypal transaction fee will automatically be added to every online payment by checking "I Agree" and clicking the Submit button at the bottom of this form.
